In about 4 days my run as the temporary head of my theater will be at an end. Thats when my new boss will be here to take over. Although, its not really a new boss but an old one returning. He used to run the theater here in Fort Collins till about 3 months ago. Then stepped away to move to Kansas City to help run a Karate business. That wasn’t what he wanted so now he is coming back. To run a theater that does less than half his old one in a much worse town. This seems to me to be a very odd turn of events. But hey I have come to expect this in my life. If it made sense, it would be too easy to handle. I don’t know yet how to take this news, I mean I like him and he is a great boss. He is also the one who prevented me from getting it. Nothing can sum up the feelingt about this better than the reaction of the other managers at the theater. When told about this, in near perfect unison, all they said was “What?!?” If one word could describe how I feel about this thats it. What.
